Refund policy

All Mcauley London tables are handmade to order, so we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect measurements, or if the item is no longer wanted once production has started.

Please make sure all sizes, colours and details are correct before placing your order. As each table is handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture and finish may occur. This is part of the natural character of microcement and does not count as a fault.

If your table arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and the packaging. We will review this and arrange a suitable solution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Items must be checked on delivery before being moved, assembled or used. Damage reported after this period may not be accepted.

Custom and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.
